Delivery

We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. UK delivery normally takes no more than 3 to 5 working days.  For International delivery please allow 7 to 10 working days.

Deliveries take place between the hours of 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.

The courier will try and deliver the item twice before returning the item to us. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery. In the first instance, please always contact us to discuss returns where there is an error or fault and refer to our delivery terms.
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday).

Note, we do close for UK Bank Holiday periods, therefore dispatch times can be slightly longer around those periods.
We occasionally list products which are special order items and therefore dispatch time will be slightly longer, if this is the case then we will contact you to advise of expected delivery date.
We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is an eBay policy.
